Patterns

We endeavor to provide the best source of information on Taekwon-Do patterns including both original / Chang-Hon / ITF forms and also the WTF / Poom-sae forms. Our encyclopedia is a living/changing set of documents maintained by masters and grandmasters. We will continue to refine the content including offering "tips" to explain the nuances of some of the movements. Furthermore, the "wiki" markup allows easy lookups of techniques.

Stances

Need to quickly look up the dimensions of a stance? It's all here including the original Korean terminology. Weight distribution, position of the feet, and the pattern where the stance is first used. We've included images to help you and/or your students to better define their Taekwon-Do stances.
